Adding a New Driver in Motive
This article outlines the steps required for adding a new driver in the Motive system. Ensure all prerequisites are met before proceeding to avoid delays.
Procedure
  1. On the Compliance side, enter the driver’s details in Loadmaster, Tenstreet, IIX, and other necessary applications.
  2. Notify the terminal once the driver has been added to Compliance.
  3. The Logging Department will then add the driver in Motive using the auto-generated driver ID from Loadmaster.
  4. In Motive’s back office, create the driver profile, generating an IP on the Motive website.
  5. Add the IP to Loadmaster Mobile Comm to sync Motive and Loadmaster.
  6. Complete the process by adding information for both the tractor and driver.
  7. Once set up, the Logging Department will provide the terminal with login credentials for the driver.
